Need a hand with Cantaloupe? Email jamison.cote@gmail.com.

Include your iOS version, the Cantaloupe version shown in Settings, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send passwords or private memories.

Do I need an account?

No. Your journal works without signing in, and memories save on this phone. An optional account adds cloud backup and restore on another phone.

How do I sign in or reset my password?

Open Settings in Cantaloupe and choose Sign in / Create account. New accounts receive an email verification code. Choose Verify email to enter or resend that code, or Reset password to request a password reset code. Check your spam folder if the email has not arrived.

Why is backup waiting?

Check your connection, sign in, and choose Back up now in Settings. Each account includes 5 GB of backup. If backup is full, new memories stay on this phone. Deleting unneeded backed-up memories frees room. Photos and videos can take longer over a slow connection.

How do I delete an account?

Go to Settings → Delete account. Confirm, then choose whether to keep memories on this phone or erase them too. Keep Cantaloupe open while it finishes. If interrupted, return to Delete account and retry. See Privacy for backup retention details.

Moving to another phone

Sign in with the same account on the new phone to restore backed-up memories. Media downloads when you open it. Memories that have only saved locally need to finish backing up on the original phone first.
